Insurance

I am an out-of-network provider. This means you will pay for sessions directly, and depending on your plan, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement from your insurance company.

I recommend contacting your provider to understand your out-of-network mental health benefits. You may consider asking:

● Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
● Is there a deductible, and has it been met?
● Is there a limit to the number of sessions covered per year?
● What is the reimbursement rate for each session?

Payment

I accept check, Venmo, and Zelle. Payment is due at the time of service. Credit cards are not accepted.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged the full session fee.

How long is a session?

Individual sessions are 60 minutes.

Do you offer telehealth sessions?

Yes. All sessions are conducted via telehealth. Video sessions are preferred, though phone sessions can be accommodated if needed.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept check, Venmo, and Zelle. Payment is due at the time of service. Credit cards are not accepted.

I am an out-of-network provider. You will pay for sessions directly, and depending on your plan, you may be eligible for reimbursement. I can provide a paid invoice for you to submit to your insurance.
