How long is a session?

An individual session is 55 minutes.

Can you work with me over the phone?

Yes, although most clients prefer video sessions on my telehealth platform.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Venmo, Zelle, and Checks

Do you accept insurance?

I am an out-of-network provider. I encourage you to find out about your out-of-network outpatient behavioral health visits, reimbursement rates and deductibles.  I can provide you with a paid invoice for insurance reimbursement.
